When booking outside of the Tofino-Ucluelet area, the minimum bookable session length. Travel costs will include any necessary fuel/ferry/flight + compensation for travel time. (A full breakdown will be found in my package brochure)

if I can book multiple sessions in your location, I will adjust travel costs accordingly.

I do my best to keep some backup availability within every client’s booking window.

I’ll keep eye on the weather in the days leading up to our session & will be in touch in the week before if its looking like it could be a problem so we can chat the best alternative options.

If it’s pouring rain & we can’t reschedule, we can cancel the session.

Depending on my editing queue at the time, you will likely recieve your gallery in 1-2 weeks. Your photos are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. A link to your online gallery will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready.

If your session is for a special occasion and you need your gallery by a specific date, please check with me in advance if your timeline is feasible.

Surprise proposal sessions come with a sneak peek gallery so you can announce your big news as soon as possible! The sneak peek gallery will include 5 images and will be delivered within 2 days.

Each session that I shoot adds photos to my portfolio that are super valuable to me for promotion. Because of this, if you’d like to keep your entire gallery private, it will incur an additional charge.

I won’t post any photos until you’ve received them + I will only use the very best!
